About this log
- We compare each new release with the value we collected earlier. Differences that only come from rounding (for example 3.18 shown as 3.2) are not counted.
- For each figure we show the most recent change. Agencies revise data when late survey responses arrive, seasonal factors are updated or methods change; a revision is normal and not a mistake.
